A common realization for couples when their children begin moving out is that they will soon be alone together. For some couples this may be the first time in their relationship that they will not have to address the issues of raising children. For others, it has been so many years ago that they had any time without children that it will seem like the first time.
Although this is a time that couples look forward to and work for there is usually some apprehension about how things will be once the household consists only of the two of them. This is especially true of couples that have lost touch with each other over the years.
It seems that the responsibilities of children, work, a mortgage and life in general often take center stage. This is unavoidable at times and when those things take over more often than they should it is easy to forget that your focus should be on your partner.
So many couples are faced with the dilemma of how to relate to one another when they feel much of the closeness that they once had is now gone. Just as with anything else, planning will make this transition easier. Plan ahead, you know that this time will inevitably happen sooner or later.
You should discuss plans with your partner. There may be some interests that the two of you put on hold during the time you were focused on raising kids. If so this is the time that you should plan to rediscover that interest or hobby. Plan an activity that the two of you can enjoy together.
Now I am not suggesting that because the children move out that you and your partner should spend every minute together, far from it. Actually you will now have more time available for your partner as well as for yourself.
Along with renewing old interests in hobbies from the past consider new things to do together. The reason this is important is that spending time together on an enjoyable activity will help to renew the relationship and build a new bond between the two of you. It will give you an activity to talk about together and quality time to spend together.
During this exciting phase of your relationship you should rediscover yourself and your spouse. Build on what you have and improve it! Things will only get better.

How I Lost 15 Pounds Just By Spending 30 Minutes Everyday In 5 Days

I have always been skinny all the time until I got married and have two children. With 5 feet 6 inches height and weighing in 195 pounds, I consider myself overweight. I have develop a simple system that I implement regularly and manage to lost 15 pounds in 5 days just by spending 30 minutes of my time every single day.
Before I get to the steps, let me explain the simple routine that I use everyday and you must do the same in order to see the result. First of all, I eat five to six smaller meals instead of the normal 3 big meals. By doing this, it helps in increasing the metabolism in my body to burn fat. This is crucial in my opinion.
You will also need certain equipment like a treadmill or dumbbell to help you exercise but this is not compulsory. I am quite a lazy person to go out to exercise. Okay, here’s what I do in 5 days.
Day 1
First thing I do after waking up is scale in my body weight which is around 195 pounds. I prepare a breakfast containing bread with butter, two eggs and some cereals. Let me stress out that taking breakfast is very important in order to achieve a much greater result in weight loss. Then I jog on my treadmill for 20 minutes before I go to work.
Day 2
Breakfast as usual. On this day, my concentration is more on doing some strength training exercise. I do 20 times push-ups and 20 times sit-ups. Then, I lift up my 10 kilograms dumbbell 20 times for each of my arm. Usually, it takes me 10 minutes to finish all of this. After resting for 5 minutes, I repeat the process all over again until I reach my limit of 30 minutes per day.
Day 3
I repeat the step that I did on Day 1. I also drink a lot of water. It has been proven that drinking enough water can improve the digestion of my stomach thus helping me in lose weight.
Day 4
Do the step on Day 2 all over again. Only this time, I increase the number of exercises from 20 to 30 times.
Day 5
I combine the exercises on Day 1 and Day 2. I jog about 10 minutes and do the strength training exercise for 10 minutes as well. I also eat lots of fruit. When the day is over, I scale in my body weight again and this time my weight dramatically reduce to 180 pounds.
As you can see, I don’t need to spend much time at all. I only need 30 minutes of my time and some strong desire and determination to lose 15 pounds fast. From my experience, exercise and taking well balance food are the key to success.
