 In the modern world, most young women greatly try to reduce their weight, as they believe a thin figure will create a magical life. This is not an exact truth. While observing super models, film actresses and celebrities, almost all appear thin, gaunt and anorexic. While women strive to achieve this thin look, men on the other hand find women with curves far more appealing. If women think that achieving a thin look will bring waves of love and attention from men. Think again! It’s not the truth that men want a women who is skin and bones. Most men adore curves and women with curvaceous figures. If it was so easy for extremely thin women to find love, then why are celebrities such as Jennifer Aniston, Renee Zelwegger, Camron Diaz unable to find love?

Skinny women look hungry and malnurished. In the real world, and i mean real world and not just the small network of skinny celebrities on television, women generally have fuller figures. Why is it that billions of women strive to look like a couple hundred starving women on tv? Maybe the starving celebrities should strive to look more like the average woman. Average women are far healthier, real and sexier. I mean who wants to date a woman that can’t enjoy a good meal. Or runs to the bathroom after eating to purge. What man wants to hug a woman who’s bones could crush while making love. Let’s face it, most men prefer voluptuous women with real womenly figures.

It sometimes makes me wonder who is in charge of creating our fashion size scale. If most of american women are size 12 and over then why is most of america considered “plus size”. Shouldn’t the majority rule over the minority. Shouldn’t plus size then be the new skinny? I mean who decides that anorexic should be a normal size. Billions of women’s self esteem are determined by a handful of designers? Who determine what sizes american women should wear. Can’t we overturn this rule and take back our power?

All in all, men do prefer women with meat on their bones. How many plus size women have starved themselves down to a size 4 only to find that life is no different. Being a thinner size doesn’t bring new happiness into your life. It doesn’t make love magically happen. What brings happiness into your life is being confident and spending time with good friends, laughing and giving back to others less fortunate. Somehow women in America are hung up on the small stuff trying to emulate celebrities and people we see in the magazines. I think if these magazines are making women feel bad about themselves then we should all boycott them. If celebrities on tv are malnurished and sickly looking then lets turn off our televisions. It’s time for plus size women to take back their power and do something. It’s time that America knows that plus size is the new skinny.

 After seeing so many episodes of Animal Rescue on the Animal Planet channel, I decided to look into dog rescue adoption in my region. I was really surprised to discover how many pets are available through this program and I was also astonished by how many of them are perfect companions suitable for a family.

The television program is very graphic and disturbing to anyone who loves animals. Even though I wasn’t looking for a new pet, I just needed to look for a what dog rescue adoption opportunities were available near my home. I found out there were a lot of them. Actually,I had trouble narrowing down my search due to the many different pets for adoption in the program.

Just as many pet owners have said in the past, I knew that I found my perfect pet once I saw her. The dog rescue adoption organization opened its doors and the first animal I saw was the one for me. She is a mutt who was very well trained but she is very good-looking and very affectionate.

There is something so special about the dog rescue adoption animals that you come across. By the time they are ready to enter a new home, it is quite impossible to believe that these pets were malnourished and neglected. I saw nothing but a beautiful group of potential pets who will become great companions. I the dog rescue adoption clinic, I believe I saw my future pet.

The good thing about this pet is that she has been tested by an animal behaviorist and she is already trained. I know that this pup will be excellent with my children and I know that the rest of her days will be happy. A loving pet from a dog rescue adoption program can be very rewarding.

I am amazed by my new pet. She is so affectionate and easy to manage and it seems that her love for the family is unconditional. She required no training and she transitioned into our home effortlessly. I truly believe that she might be ready for a furry friend, too.

I’m convinced that we can find another real soon because there were so many pets available at the dog rescue adoption organization. I’m sure that we will recognize the one to adopt right away. When it comes to pups, love at first sight can happen more than once in a lifetime.
